Ministry & Local Leadership

Collaborative leadership and ministry recognises, develops and supports the gifts and life experiences of each person and community.

Ministry is the using of our gifts to serve others and develop their and our God-given gifts. We urge all parishioners to participate in ministry by actively engaging their talents and gifts in parish activities. We will provide opportunities to discover and develop these. We will provide ongoing support to those in formal ministry roles.

The first objective in Leadership is to teach and involve people to discerning their spiritual journeys. We will explore the development of lay mentoring leadership in the Parish.

Communication is important for effective operation of ministry and leadership. Regular communication will be made by the Parish Pastoral Council to the parish.
